Relaxation Classes Group Session in Reading
Come and join us to relax and unwind after a hard days work.
You are more than welcome to be with us for 1 or 2 hours where we will be going on a peaceful, tranquil guided imagery journey, that will help you to unwind after a long day.

As a bonus, every session will be packed full of positive affirmations so you will leave feeling great!
What will we do?
Each week we will enjoy listening to relaxation music during a 2 hour session of guided imagery through an altered state of awareness, which is what hypnosis is, some people may call it meditation. After you will feel refreshed, calm and relaxed and you can experience all the positive affirmations from the first week.
Can I practice the session on my on at home?
Of course you can, I will talk you through how to do practice the session and teach you how do go in to your own hypnotic trance like state.
Do I have to do the whole 2 hours?
Not at all, the class is structured for 2 x 1 hour session with a break in between.
You can come for the first session (6pm - 7pm) or the second session (7pm - 8pm) however, by coming to both session you will save £5, and if you want to book multiple session you can save much more.
