This is a quick tip that will reduce moments of stress and/or anxiety.
When you are in a moment of stress or anxiety, STOP what you are doing and use this technique.
I have said it thousands of times before, "what happens in the mind has a phsical affect on the body!" So if you can imagine somewhere that you would feel relaxed, you will become relaxed. This gives you the chance to regain your focuss and then assess the situation in hand with a clear mind.
