Climbing Higher, A Dr Overcomes Her Fears - Success story

Another success story, this one is from a former Doctor - keep climbing higher and higher Doc!
For most of us, a family day out cycling to the top of a mountain with amazing views sounds idyllic, but for Georgia, also a keen triathlete, this would trigger crippling anxiety. Worrying that she would pass on her phobia to her children, former Doctor Georgia contacted me after a past client recommended me to her.
When faced with the heights involved in mountain biking or the other activities that she and her family enjoy, Georgia found that she would freeze or cry uncontrollably and said that even high bridges or walkways could trigger a stress reaction.
"Ed helped me get over my debilitating fear of heights - I can now enjoy the activities I want to do with my family and challenging training rides without panic attacks or tears. Go Ape this weekend was exhilarating and huge fun and there's no way I could have done it without Ed's help. I also spent a weekend in the Brecon Beacons gorge walking and rock climbing, which included a jump into a river from a 20 foot ledge, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would never have been able to get near to the edge before without breaking down, let alone jump in. Thank you."
